I suffer from fibromyalgia and had heard massage might help. I have been receiving twice monthly swedish massage treatments from Elaine for 4 months now. I have found I can move more easily, sleep better and am not as sore as I once was. Elaine is caring in her approach to me and very knowledgeable about what she does. I had tried other methods of relieving my symptoms before, but have found none as suitable as massage. I find it really useful that Elaine is willing to visit me at home as I somtimes feel too stiff to get out and about easily.
